1) What are the prices of the PI ?

2) Can I insure transactions outside Teleroute?
a. No not at the moment.
3) Why do I have to pay 35€ to enter a claim?
a. This is needed to pay the manual work of checking all documents needed to enter a valid claim. This amount allows us to keep insurances prices very low.
4) What is the status of my claim?
a. You can see the status of your claim in the PI dashboard. It is updated directly by PI Company. If not enough, hotliners will be able to check the XL document exchanged with TCRE every day.
5) Why did I not get reimbursed?
a. If your claim has been rejected it can be due to o if the process was not followed o if some documents were missing (proof of reminders) o in case of fraud o if there is a dispute with the poster
6) I’ve a incident with the poster will I get paid?
a. No we do not pay if there was an incident or a dispute on this transaction.
7) My insurance is refused, why?
a. The insurance company makes several checks before allowing insurance. We do not manage this at Teleroute as we only resell the service.
8) How long does it take to get reimbursed?
a. There is no specific service level at this moment, but as soon as all the documents are transferred to TCRe and accepted by them, the reimbursement process is started. It will be done in a reasonable time frame (1-3 weeks).
9) Which documents are required to create a claim?
a1. A printout of the claim entry form
a2. The CMR of the transportation
a3. The invoice sent to the poster
a4. The copy of the first reminder (if not by phone)
a5. The copy of the second reminder (fax with send receipt)
a6. The copy of the registered letter with the proof of delivery
10) Poster is bankrupt, insurance pays?
a. Yes and in this case the whole reminders process is not mandatory
11) By incidence, can I double insure an offer?
a.No, there is a check at offer level, so this is not possible.
12) Cancel insurance?
a.You can at any time delete an insurance, for example if you’ve got paid by the poster.
13) What happens if the offer has been deleted by the poster before insured?
a.You can still insure by going into bought offers and insure, the icon is there as well!
14) Till how long can I insure my freight?
a.You can insure the freight till the end of the loading day so even if it’s deleted by the poster!
15) How can you see if the offer is insured?
a. Go to the insurance dashboard!
16) What happens with customers who did not pay and the insurance paid.
a.They are blacklisted by the insurance company and no insurance can be taken on their loads anymore.
