As part of this long-term commitment, and in collaboration with TCRe, Teleroute has designed a new service: Payment Insurance. With TCRe, a leading insurance company specialized in the cover of commercial inter-company credit risk, Teleroute is able to further enhance the safety for transport professionals.
Payment Insurance will allow you to insure payments for transport executions in a manner which is fast, simple and inexpensive. Available in almost every country in the European Union*, Payment Insurance sets your mind at ease when dealing with new companies. It also means you don’t have to try to find out about their payment history before agreeing to do business with them.
Teleroute Payment Insurance is fully integrated in the Teleroute freight exchange.
Therefore, only Teleroute Freight Exchange customers can use Payment Insurance.
Taking a Payment Insurance couldn’t be easier
Once you have accepted a freight exchange offer:
Click on the Payment Insurance Icon in a freight offer and complete the “Request insurance” form with transaction information, estimated date of invoicing and terms of payment
The system tells you immediately if your request has been accepted.
Your insurance dashboard gives a clear overview of all your running insurances.
Garantueed payment at a very limited cost
Costing only 1.4% of the transaction amount with a minimum of 6€ (excl. VAT), Payment Insurance is the smart service to insure payments for your transport executions and offer you complete peace of mind.
The cost for entering a full claim after a normal reminder process is 35€ with a garantueed payment of 85% of your invoice amount.
