In order to create a platform with trustworthy business partners, Teleroute has always applied a strict customers’ acceptance process to ensure that all Teleroute’s community members are who they say they are.
The information on which the verification process is applied for a particular company is included in the “Safe business indicators” tab in the Transport Company Directory through a ‘Verification level’ icon.
There are different levels of verification due to different requirements and needs of the type of customer and the products he subscribed to. The level of verification indicates to which extent a company has been verified by Teleroute.
