Debt Mediation
Debt Mediation is a mediating service provided by Teleroute which helps to facilitate the collection of overdue invoices issued by transport companies to freight forwarders. It is not a debt collection service.
It is a best effort service, which means Teleroute cannot guarantee a successful outcome. However, Teleroute’s added value in a mediating role is that we can put pressure on the defaulter by taking action and potentially suspending or terminating the contract with the defaulter.
