System Requirements

The installation of Teleroute application requires the followings elements:

• Operating system: Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP2, Vista, 2003 TSE, Windows 7 not yet supported
• Microsoft Internet Explorer IE 6.0, IE7 
• Microsoft Dot Net (.NET) framework 2.0
• Free disc space for application: 20 Mo
• Free disc space for each user: 10 Mo
• Resolution : 800*600 or higher (1024*768 recommended)
• Colors: 256 or higher
• Application Data directory for each user (available by default on Windows systems except for thin client environments)

Aside of this, thin client context requires:

• At least 100 Mo of free Memory per user
• Sufficient server side CPU resources per user (recommended CPU for standalone installation of Teleroute ACTIVE is 800 MHz on a PIII).
• The installation, auto update mechanism and usage of Teleroute application is compliant with windows 2003 server, including Citrix Metaframe XP environment.
