Managing conflicts

The primary task of the International Business Security Panel is to manage conflicts linked to breaches of the Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and international laws. For non-standard cases, the committee will make a final decision on the severity of the sanction that should be applied.

Monitoring abnormal behaviour on the Freight and Vehicle Exchange

In addition to breaches of the Code of Conduct, the International Business Security Panel will closely monitor the conduct of all Teleroute users on the Freight and Vehicle Exchange and will impose appropriate sanctions for non-ethical behaviour and for non-observance of Teleroute’s Terms and Conditions.

Reporting events

We need your help. Without your valuable feedback about abnormal activities in our marketplace, it makes it harder for us to gather information on companies that do not respect the rules. As a customer, whenever you believe that our rules are being violated against you, your partners, or between other customers we encourage you to use our online "Abuse reporting" tool or to contact your local helpdesk to report the incident.
