It is not just about tracking activity on our platform. We log and analyse all claims, incidents and events notified to us by our customers. All parties need to respect a predefined set of policies and procedures and anyone found to be in breach of our Code of Conduct may be temporarily or permanently excluded from Freight Exchange.

By excluding companies from our Freight and Vehicle Exchange, it increases the quality and the trustworthiness of the Teleroute community, thus offering maximum guarantees that you are operating in a safe and secure business environment.
