After negotiating a transport order found on Teleroute’s freight exchange, the poster can ask the consulter to use e-Confirm to confirm the transaction online. To use e-Confirm, the poster needs to communicate the confirmation code to the consulter, which is a unique code automatically attached by Teleroute to each posted offer and which is only visible to the poster.
The consulter clicks on the e-Confirm icon in the consulter offer, and completes the form with the confirmation code, transaction price and adds any comments. The poster receives the e-Confirm and accepts (or rejects) it.
The poster will be alerted every time an e-Confirm is received. The transaction information (offer details, transaction price, and timestamps of acceptations …) will be saved for 6 months, and will be available to both consulter and poster on a dedicated dashboard.
