The Business Security Panel monitors and regulates the behaviour on the Freight and Vehicle Exchange. Other features that add value include Preferred/Non Preferred as well as Teleroute Safety Transport Algorithm Rating (STAR).

The Safety Transport Algorithm Rating (STAR) is the most important Safe Business Indicator on the Teleroute Freight and Vehicle Exchange. Based on a number of objective criteria, the STAR index offers a good indication of the trustworthiness and reputation of other Teleroute users.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is a gentlemen’s agreement between companies which, in addition to the framework of professional standards, laws, regulations, Teleroute terms & conditions and internal policies, lays down the behaviour expected of members of Teleroute’s community by accepting a set of explicit rules. By committing to the Code of Conduct, the underwriter states that all employees support the Code of Conduct in their day-to-day business activities through both personal leadership and business practice. The Code of Conduct is not mandatory, but it improves your position as a reliable customer, and consequently will increase your business success.

International Business Security Panel

To ensure our customers are able to do business in a safe and secure environment, Teleroute implemented an International Business Security Panel to monitor the behaviour and professional conduct of its customers. All parties need to respect a predefined set of policies and procedures and anyone found to be in breach of our Code of Conduct may be temporarily or permanently excluded from the Freight and Vehicle Exchange.
